are trading names of Loretta Hardie.
General
Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions below.
At any time we make changes to this site and the details, including prices, displayed on it.
Placing an Order
Placing an order with us is easy. Just select the products you want and when you've chosen an item,
click the 'Add to Basket' button. Note that payments are handled securely by Paypal, so you need an
account with them in order to purchase from our site. You can set one up at
www.paypal.co.uk
If, for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and refund your payment.
Wherever you are on our site, you can add items to your basket in the same way.
You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking
on the "View Cart" button. You can remove items and change quantities in your basket from the
same location.
Post and packing costs are shown against each item and in your shopping basket.
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping.
Fill in the order details on Paypal's secure form.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice.
Promotions, special offers and free gifts are strictly subject to availability.
Payment
Please make your payment via Paypal if possible when you place your order.
If you cannot make your payment by Paypal please call 01908 635071 or 07971 305880 to order by phone.
Edit My Order
Should you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, send an email to loretta@talktalk.net
explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be
able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email,
including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already
been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however,
you may return the item for a refund.
Shipping
All orders are packaged by our suppliers with great care to ensure safe delivery.
All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday.
All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should a signature be unobtainable
or a specified address is inaccessible and the delivery returned to us, the customer
will be liable for return postage.
Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Product packaging must also be in the
same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly you will pay the return postage costs.
If you would like us to replace the goods with another product, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered,
we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us.
We may require proof that the item was signed for as damaged on arrival.
Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Limitation on Liability
In no event will ChandleryAtDiscount be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, special or
consequential damages occurring in any part from the use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site,
including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs
or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if ChandleryAtDiscount is expressly
advised of the possibility of such damages.
